Description

Seller adds art-work

Seller puts art-work on site, chooses exh, sale, auction.

Puts in shipping: local and intl.

For sale, seller needs paypal account, and email/contact details.

Take to paypal page if not. Then seller redoes detail (where ?)

If aert-work status changed, it goes into holding account.

Buyer needs paypal account when they say buy (or to bid in auction).

4 art state: potential buy : buyer bought, seller needs to confirm shipping.

Confirmed buy/shipping: sellers confirms shipping, amounts deducted from buyer.

Transaction done: buyer confirms receipt, seller receives monies.

1. Under offer: buyer clicks buy, or wins auction. Art goes into "under offer" state, but flagged potential sale. Seller sees offer (admin contacst), and confirms final shipping number to admin/buyer.  Form email sent to buyer with proceeds, buyer confirms, and art is in sold state.

Monies taken from buyer account to rsg account. Seller ships art, giving fedex detail to admin/buyer.  When art arrives at buyer, buyer confirms receipt or 5days later, transaction completed. Monies released to seller.

Payment to tutu done at end of project.

Admin needs to initiate payment approvals on transaction (how is that released ?).

Sales under confirmed sale cannot be modified by artist. Needs admin to help

Buyer's Premium

All items sold through our online auctions system carries a 15 % buyers premium + 15 % VAT on the total invoice value.
